At Sunbeam Theatre Company, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all members of our community. We strive to make our productions and facilities accessible to everyone.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone, including patrons, volunteers, and employees, have equal access to our facilities, services, and events. We will work to remove any barriers that prevent people from participating fully in our theatre company, and we will promote an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Facilities

Our venue partners are wheelchair accessible, with designated seating areas for patrons who use wheelchairs. We also have accessible entrances and restrooms for our patrons. We will continue to ensure that our facilities meet or exceed accessibility standards.

Training

We will provide training to our employees and volunteers on accessibility and disability awareness to ensure that they are able to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Service Animals

We welcome service animals into our theatre and have designated areas where they can sit with their owners.

Other

We are in the process of developing resources and plans to accommodate Assistive Devices and Services, and Sensory-Friendly Performances into our company.

We welcome any and all feedback and complaints and will respond promptly with the appropriate actions to address any identified issues
