Chloe Nicole Castrucci

Chloé Nicole Castrucci is a versatile triple threat artist and recent graduate of the Theatre and Drama Studies Specialist program jointly at the University Toronto Mississauga and Sheridan College. Most recently Chloé has appeared in Education Arts Canada’s touring TYA musical Archimedes Moves the World, and in Retrograde at the Toronto Fringe Festival (Dead Racoon Theatre). Chloé is thrilled to be a part of When I Grow Up and can’t wait to share this show with audiences.

Elif Coskun

Elif Coskun is a Turkish-Canadian actor, dancer, singer, and a pianist. She is a graduate of the  Acting program at Sheridan College/UTM and is passionate about new and contemporary plays,
workshops, feminist works, and musicals. Selected theatre credits include Philomela in If We Were Birds (Theatre Erindale), Elle Woods in Legally Blonde (RC Theatre Company), Nina in Vanya & Sonya & Masha & Spike (Alumnae Theatre), and Ensemble in We Will Rock You
(Etobicoke Musical Productions). She also holds a Minor in Psychology from UofT with a specific interest in inferential statistics, as well as behavioural and social psychology. Up next:

Joanne Choi

Joanne Choi is a Chinese born Canadian singer, dancer and actress raised in Toronto ON. Joanne has starred in numerous Edge of the Sky productions and some of her Fringe Festival credits include Summerland, Be Kind Rewind, One Small Step, and A Gathering in Memory of Dr. Gordon P Silver produced by Outside the March/ Musical Stage Company. Joanne is thrilled to be debuting at Sunbeam Theatre alongside her fellow cast and creative team members!

Juliana Duran Hogan

Juliana is a graduate of Randolph College for the Performing Arts. Her past shows include: 9 to 5 (Citadel Theatre), Concord Floral, Songs for a New World (Randolph College for the Performing Arts). Mari MacDonald

Mari is a multidisciplinary artist with a deep passion for performing on stage. Musical theatre is her first love and she feels the most powerful when telling stories through song. A graduate of Randolph College and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Mari has focused on producing and performing theatre that highlights vibrant characters, collective artistry, and juicy plotlines.

Rachel Anne Hunt

Rachel Anne Hunt is a multi-disciplinary artist and voice teacher based in Toronto, ON, and is so excited and grateful to be back with Sunbeam Theatre Co for another production, but this time as a performer! Rachel is a graduate of Randolph College for the Performing Arts (diploma) and The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (masters).

Her recent credits include: Sam in Ottawa's One Small (mis) Step (Tactics Ottawa) (cast recording now on Spotify!), Swing in Oh Canada Eh (Totally Legit Productions), U/S Jane Doe and Constance in Ride the Cyclone (Playhouse Theatre Collective), Vocalist in Holly Jolly Trolley (Canada Wonderland's Winterfest), and more.

Jaelynne Gervais

Director & Choreographer

Jaelynne is a multidisciplinary artist, originally from Edmonton, Alberta. She grew up dancing competitively and went on to graduate from Randolph College for the Performing Arts in 2021. She now works full-time in childcare and part-time as a theatre creator, character performer, dancer, and choreographer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, crafting, colouring, and participating in cosplay. She would like to dedicate When I Grow Up to her mother, Linda. Enjoy the show!

Emilia Carpineta-Gaul

Music Director

Born and raised in Montreal, Emilia found their passion for performing at an early age. As an actor, singer/songwriter and dancer, she would best describe herself as an artist. Emilia graduated Marianopolis College with a double DEC: Music and Arts, Literature & Communications. They then moved to Toronto and graduated Randolph College for the Performing Arts. Whether it be on stage, directing, musical directing, or creating original works, Emilia always takes pride in her craft.

Josephine Herbut

Josephine is a Toronto/Edmonton based artist who is overjoyed to be part of this very special show. She is a graduate of Randolph College for the Performing Arts here in Toronto and alongside her interest in directing, she is also a performer! Most recently she played Pamela in Head Over Heels. Josephine is extremely grateful to get to create with such amazing artists and to have the opportunity to help showcase these insanely talented women. She hopes this show reminds your inner child to never ever grow up🩷

Grace Sokolow

Assistant Choreographer

Grace Sokolow is a multidisciplinary artist based in Tkaronto and surrounding areas. Currently completing an undergraduate degree in Theatre and Dance at York University, Grace uses a mix of styles and techniques within their work pulled from her training and performance experience. Grace recently had their work produced in festivals; Bloom, Era of Oddities, PlayGround and Toronto Fringe this year. Grace would like to dedicate this performance to her niece Haylee, the little one who makes her feel not so grown up. Evelyne Goulet

For Sunbeam: Assistant Stage Manager for Romeo & Juliet

Evelyne is excited to be working in Stage Management with Sunbeam Theatre Company again after having worked on Romeo & Juliet (2023). Evelyne graduated from The University of Guelph with a BA in Theatre Studies. There, she directed The Vagina Monologues, took part in 4 MainStage Productions and spent her final semester at The Stratford Festival. Most recently Evelyne is working as an actor in Film/TV and as an ASM for Tommy Rhodes (2024).

Meaghan Salmon (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist working and living in T:karónto. Since graduating in 2021 from Randolph College, she has co-founded Sunbeam Theatre Company, and made her professional directorial debut. 

With support from her family, teachers, and peers, Meaghan has continued to pursue her dream of working in theatre in its various forms over the years - from wanting to be in a Broadway show, to wanting to direct one. 

When not surrounding herself with stacks of sheet music and scripts, she can be found roaming the 5th floor of the Toronto Reference Library.

Annie is an emerging actor, theatre-maker, and aspiring producer from Toronto. She recently graduated with a BFA in Acting from the University of Windsor, and is excited to be working with Sunbeam on this incredible production! Recent credits include Nibs - Peter Pan and the Wendy Lady (White Mills Theatre Co.) ensemble - Almost, Maine (Inspired Acting Lab) and Peter Pan - Tinkerbell.
